A wonderful early-19th century double folio engraved map of the British Isles. Sits within a simple decorative border. With inset of the "Shetland Isles."
In VG+, mostly clean condition, very short centerfold split at bottom easily mended (invisible once framed). Original fold line, as issued. Some light offsetting of title and a little bit in the ocean/ sea area as seen.
Sheet size measures c. 25 1/4" W x 18 " H, image area c. 20 1/2" W x 18" H.
