Quite an appealing and interesting early 18th-century engraved map with lovely full hand color. We see a series of the world in spheres as well as polar projections. In 2 of the 5 spheres,  California is clearly depicted as an island in both the Bertius and Arzael projections. Above California is a huge erroneous westward bulge as well. There is also an enormous southern continent in the bottom spheres, with Australia displaying a strange shape.

In near excellent clean condition. Sheet measures 6 1/4" x 8".
