A beautiful example of this mid-18th century folio engraved city plan w/ outstanding full hand color.  Depicts 18th century Brussels.  Ornate title cartouche at bottom left w/ coat of arms and weapons of war; key w/ eighty-two labeled buildings at bottom right and distance scale at top left.

In VG+ condition w/ unbelievable hand color - each roof and treetop is individually colored; a superior example. Short margin splits but this is trivial; original fold lines, as issued, lower left margin trimmed close as issued.

Sheet measures c. 19 3/4" x 16 1/2". Image area measures c. 18 3/4" x 14 3/4".
