An outstanding late 17th century engraved map of Italy w/ superior hand color. Larger cities are denoted by tiny red cathedrals. Corsica and Sardinia shown as well as are numerous islands around this peninsula. Title cartouche at top right w/ cherub and floral design. Distance scale at bottom right.
In near fine clean condition w/ expert full hand color; perfect for framing. Original fold lines, as issued.
