A charming, detailed mid-19th century engraved map depicting the Hudson River and the land west to Stirling and Taxedo Pond and the New Jersey state line.  We see travel routes and topography with a few scattered forts and buildings.

In near fine clean antiquarian condition.  A scarce mid-19th century engraving with full hand color.

Sheet measures c. 6" x 9 1/2."  Image area measures c. 5 1/2" x 9."
