By Bonne, the important French engineer and cartographer (1727-1795) who succeeded J.N.Bellin as Hydrographer at the Depot de la Marine (1773).
An attractive and desirable 18th century map of this area of Persia which includes the Persian Gulf in the south to the Caspian Sea in the north. Very nicely engraved and beautifully hand colored.
Sheet measures c. 11" x 15 3/4". Image area measures c. 9 1/2" x 13 3/4."
