A lovely example of this very uncommon/ scarce lithographed map. With full original hand color.
Note the large independent Texas shown.
In VG+ to near fine condition. The colors are actually a bit mellower and blend together in a more visually appealing manner than the photo indicates. With a bit of very minor light dampstaining at upper left corner which is all but invisible and would be quite easy to overlook or miss once framed.
Sheet measures 16 1/2" x 13." Map area measures 14" x 11 1/4."
