We see carriage roads, rivers and canals as they existed in the Civil War era. The image area is framed by a lovely patterned scroll border. In VG+, clean antiquarian condition for this fine large mid-19th century Johnson map. Exhibits mild light toning, nothing severe or detracting and overall very appealing visually (hardly worth mentioning). A short minor centerfold split at bottom, easy to repair with archival tape.
