Engraved mid-19th century folio double sheet map with original full hand color.
An uncommon issue of this Colton map. The imprint on the map is 1858, but it is from an atlas with the title page dated 1865, so perhaps there are variations between this state and those actually published in 1855.
In VG+ clean condition. Small centerfold split neatly repaired on reverse.
Sheet measures 30" x 17 1/4." Image measures 27" x 15 1/2."
