A group of very nice early 19th century bone & spine engravings with
original hand color. From the very scarce/ rare Vienna 1812 "Unterhaltungen
aus der Naturgeschichte" by Gottlieb Tobias Wilhelm. With only the most
minor age flaws and a faint bit of light surface soiling or dusting, but really
very pleasing visually and perfectly acceptable for framing and display. A nice
and obviously very scarce group (you'll note there are 4 individual plates here,
with a close-up of each one). Each sheet measures 4" x 7 " H. Engraved
area measures 3 1/2" x 5 1/2". Perfect for a medical (Chiropractors)
office.
