A very appealing early 18th-century engraved plan of Arras, the capital of the French department of Pas-de-Calais. Shows the citadel, cathedral, and other buildings. Note the grazing horses at bottom left. Also features a charming cartouche with banners atop it. In VG+ antiquarian condition. With beautiful hand color. Original fold lines, as issued.
