"La Ville d'Arras," issued 1771, Brussels, by Harrewijn. A very appealing early 18th-century engraved plan of Arras, the capital of the French department of Pas-de-Calais. Shows the citadel, cathedral, and other buildings. Note the grazing horses at bottom left. Also features a charming cartouche with banners atop it.
In VG+ antiquarian condition. With beautiful hand color. Original fold lines, as issued. Sheet measures c. 6 1/8" W x 6" H; engraved image area c. 5 1/4" W x 5" H.
