"France, Picardie, et Champaigne. cum regionibus adia: centibus," issued in 1734, Amsterdam by De Sauzet.

A very uncommon early 18th century map of this region. Includes a strapwork title carotouche at upper right. Nicely detailed, with a large number of tiny cathedral symbols to denote important cities and towns at this date.

In VG+ to near excellent antiquarian condition. With beautiful, expert full hand color. Sheet measures c. 16 1/8 " W x 10 1/2 " H, image area measures c. 10 1/4 " W x 7 1/4 " H. A very nice map of the region in France most famous for its champagne.
