This group of 4 stereoscope views includes a very active look at Adderly St., Cape Town, bustling with early automobiles. There is also a spectacular view of Victoria Falls, a scene of British soldiers engaged in the Boer War, c.1900, and a rather amusing photograph showing thousands of wild geese. The resolution is quite sharp and the tones nicely varied. Text on the reverse gives pertinent historical information.
In near excellent, clean antiquarian condition with great visual appeal. Measures 7" x 3 1/2".
