A very appealing stereoscope view of men harvesting bananas and loading them onto a burro. This particular view is in lovely clean condition, and provides a glimpse at labor practices within the United Fruit Co. in the 1920s. The tones are rich and the resolution is very sharp. The full title as well as the number 12804 T are printed at the lower right. Text on the reverse describes the banana business in detail.
In near excellent, clean antiquarian condition with great visual appeal. Measures 7" x 3 1/2". Text on the back.
