"Trahat sua queque voluptas", issued Amsterdam, 1723 by Chatelain for Limiers very scarce "La Science..." (geographical grammar).
Beautifully hand colored, a charming and uncommon little early 18th century title page engraved by B.(ernard) Picart, one of the leading engravers who engraved frontis pieces for Chatelain around this date (see Tooley).
In near excellent antiquarian condition with attractive full hand color on a c. 3 3/4 " W x 6 3/8 " H sheet (image size is c. 3 3/8" W x 5 3/4 " H).
