"Vereinigte Staaten von America" (United States of America"), issued c.1874, Leipzig by Brockhaus. A very uncommon 19th century lithographed folio sheet map (orig. centerfold as issued) of the United States which has New Mexico, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and Dacota as Territories. Nice topographical detail in the west, with extensive mountains.
Quite an appealingly example of 19th century German lithography, here in excellent, clean condition on a c. 13 3/4" H x 20 1/2" W sheet, image area c. 12 1/4" H x 16 7/8" W.
