A charming and very detailed 19th century city plan of this ancient and historically important German city located in Bavaria on the Pegnitz river. Dozens of streets are named as well as numerous important buildings and sites around the city. A list along the left side lists 23 specific public buildings, churches, and theatres which correspond to tiny numbers on the map. An uncommon and visually appealing plan perfect for framing or gift giving. In excellent antiquarian condition.
