A fine mid-18th century engraved map of this region with beautiful full hand color. A decorative title cartouche at bottom right enhances the visual appeal of the map. Bellin was the first hydrographic engineer de la Marine and was one of the most prolific and important 18th century cartographers working in Paris at this date.
