 A beautiful mid-19th century lithographed map with extensive full original hand-color. Very detailed depiction of New York, with 5 detailed insets, including 1.Vicinity Niagara Falls, 2. Vicinity Albany, 3. Vicinity New York City, 4. Vicinity Rochester, and a long "Map of the Hudson River from New York to Albany". 

Also has a long "1850 Census" by County and Township at left which continues on the right side. 

A genuinely attractive and desirable map which will look wonderful once framed. Fine, clean condition on a c. 27 1/2” W x 17” H sheet.
