Limited, numbered ART edition. #69 / 300. 

A lovely mid-20th century red three-quarter leather fine binding. Spine in five 
compartments with gilt title and raised bands. Leather and gilt, red and purple marbled 
paper covered boards are smooth and clean. Board corners only very gently tapped. Signed 
binding (Barnigaud) is tight, sound and very clean. 

Mostly very clean internally with fine watercolor illustrations. Seventeen illustrations 
by Brunelleschi in triplicate. The first example of each illustration is bound with the 
text within the text blocks themselves. The second and third examples of each illustration 
are bound at the rear - one in full watercolor and the other in black & white. Text in 
French. Endpapers match boards. 

In near fine, clean condition. A gorgeous collection of watercolors in a fine red leather 
binding. Scarce. 

Book measures c. 7 1/2" x 9 3/4". Approximately 250 pp + b&w and color plates.
