A mid-19th century publisher's cloth. Blindstamped boards and spine, gilt title along spine. Cloth sunned at extremities, nicked along joints. Binding somewhat shaken,
text block cracked w/ a few loose signatures.
Mostly clean internally, pages a bit stiffened. Complete w/ twenty-one fine steel engraved plates. Frontis depicts "Pass Between Dale and
Dalseidet".
In VG condition, overall, engravings mostly clean and nice.
Book measures 5" x 7 1/2". 470 pp.
