Six late 19th century black three-quarter leather bindings. Spines in six compartments w/ gilt title and volume number, slightly raised bands w/ patterned gilt. Spine leather is somewhat discolored and cracking but nothing extreme or severe. Three-quarter leather and blue cloth boards are lightly soiled w/ light
edge wear. Bindings tight and sound.
Mostly clean ex-libris w/ bookplates, pockets at rear and stamp on the title pages. Just a handful of illustrations (all
shown), mostly text. Includes a chromolithographed "General Chart Showing the Track of the Yacht 'Sunbeam' 1876-1877".
Volumes included in this group: 1878 Vol.3; 1879 Vol. 6; 1880 Vol. 7; 1881 Vol. 10; 1882 Vol.12 and 1886 Vol.19. Books measure c. 7" x 10".
