An
early 1920's binding w/ leather spine. Spine in six compartments w/ gilt
title and raised bands. Marbled paper covered boards exhibit minimal
edgewear, paper split at board corners. Joint leather rubbed, joint tails
cracked (front joint cracked up to halfway, as shown in the photo).
Binding tight and sound.
Text
block is mostly clean w/ rubber library stamps on title and first page.
Packed full of b&w photos of French architecture. Marbled endpapers.
In
VG+ condition w/ some wear, but, in all, a nice example w/ attractive leather
spine. Profusely illustrated.
