A charming late 19th century period soft binding w/ printed paper wraps. Pink wraps w/ title on front and advertisement on rear, front wrap is ornately colored, wraps lightly soiled. Binding tight and sound.
Text block w/ six chromolithographed plates, light foxing throughout. Each sheet is blank on the reverse, full page illustrations face a page of text.
In VG+ condition w/ typical age-wear. A nice example from this popular 19th century illustrated London children's stories.
Book measures c. 9" x 10 5/8." Unpaginated (c. 15 pp)
