Collection of 8 nice Boston almanacs, covering most of the 1850's. Decorative blindstamped cloth bindings, with gilt titles and devices on the front boards. Folding Boston map and numerous illustrations in each volume. Profusion of period ads, some volume with glossy, decorative business cards tipped in.
In VG+ condition, with minimal wear, very light trivial soiling, mostly very clean internally and externally. Better condition overall than typically encountered. Maps show almost no tears at all, and all would be worthy of framing. A nice series of directories and maps.
Books measure 3 1/2" x 5 1/2."
