In VG+ to near excellent condition. Shows very little wear, binding clean, tight and sound, very clean internally with just a bit of light dampstaining to lower right corner of text block (very easy to overlook). Map in excellent clean condition, no tears. Measures 5" x 7 1/2."
An uncommon book, found here in very nice condition.
