Quarto with white cloth spine, marbled boards. Title on paper spine label, largely chipped away, what remains is printed above. 9 consecutive (labeled "pl.1-pl.9" at top right of each) engraved maps, depicting the major cities of Belgium and the roads which connect them. Charming representation of trees, buildings, and streets.
In VG to VG+ condition for this type of atlas, gently worn, spine chipped, some maps are a bit soiled and browned, most are clean. Measures approx. 13 1/2" x 13."
A very rare "strip map" atlas, assumed complete but unable to verify.
