A wonderful collection of late 19th century photographs of Anvers (Antwerp) Belgium reproduced here by lithographic method in an accordion style tourist album most popular in the 1880's and 1890's. Sharp, pleasing images, many urban scenes, including busy street scenes, a panoramic view of the 1885 Exposition, carriages, people, panoramic views, most of the major tourist sites, etc.
Mostly clean antiquarian condition. Measures c. 4 3/4 " W x 3 1/8" H when closed. Paper wraps, oblong format.
